We provide products relating to the title insurance, escrow and closing services throughout all 88 counties in Ohio. TitleQuest specialties include commercial, residential, and bank owned properties as well as handling construction and relocation closings. We also have a foreclosure department set up to assist Attorney’s throughout the entire state of Ohio. Our preliminary judicial reports are written in house by our experienced abstracting staff. TitleQuest Agency is a licensed 3rd party escrow agent that can act as intermediary for 1031 Exchanges. We are a company of integrity that serves the needs of our clients by providing accurate, quick and cost-efficient services.

TitleQuest offers both lender’s and owner’s title insurance underwritten by First American Fidelity and Land America Title Insurance Companies. Our title searches and commitments insure a precise history of the land and verify ownership of the property. TitleQuest’s closing officers strive for everyone at the closing table to be comfortable and the closing location is completely flexible. Employing two attorneys and several title insurance agents, we are confident in our expertise and our product.
